This series contains 1361 black-and-white prints and negatives of Wilburn Cartwright (the representative of Oklahoma's Third District from 1927-1943) as a soldier, congressman, and Oklahoma secretary of state. There are also pictures of him with his family, Congressman Jed Johnson, other members of Congress the Oklahoma congressional delegation, and constituents.
